A Sacramento, CA man was arrested by the Highway Patrol in Douglas County on Tuesday.
According to arrest records, 40-year-old Matthew Presley was arrested for a Christian County and Douglas County warrant for failure to appear.
Presley was taken to the Douglas County Jail and was placed on bond.
