Two men from Rolla were arrested after fleeing from Howell County Deputies

Randy Carrol was stopped on Highway 63 near Rt K and during the course of the stop he fled from the deputy but was again stopped on Halstead Street in West Plains.  Carroll was transported to the Howell County Adult Detention Center where he was placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Revoked, and Resisting Arrest – Felony. Carroll was also arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant out of Maries County. David A. Floyd of Rolla, a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested on active arrest warrants out of Christian County, Platte County, and Phelps County. An arrest warrant was issued for Mr. Carroll on the charges of Resisting Arrest – Felony, Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Revoked. Mr. Carroll is being held on $25,000 bond.
