A Mammoth Spring man has been arrested on child porn charges. 56-year-old Charles Wesley Casey was arrested on three felony counts of distributing, possessing or viewing of matter depicting sexually-explicit conduct involving a child. According to the probable cause affidavit, he allegedly uploaded a video that was reported by Google to the Arkansas State Police. The case was then turned over to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. His bond was set at $2,000.
